For years, I was the definition of “high-functioning.”

Your eight-week transformation follows Erin's evidence-based Body Led Method™
Week 1: You'll be welcomed with a Kickoff call where we will gauge your somatic baseline's and set your intention for our time together.
Week 2: We will start with the first pillar in the method, safety. The focus will be on anchoring your nervous system for regulation.
Week 3: We dive in to trust. Here we will hone in on what an embodied yes or no feels like and focus on practices to deepen our trust in ourselves.
Week 4: This week is all about connection. Here we will utilize somatic parts work and other modalities to deepen your connection to self.
Week 5: Let's lean in to responsibility. The focus of this week is to take aligned body-led action and reclaiming responsibility of moving towards desires.
Week 6: This is all about integrity. The congruence between our desires, words, and actions.
Week 7: Celebration!! Many of us aren't great at this step, but this week we will pause and celebrate our transformation.
Week 8: We wrap up, discuss next steps, and answer any lingering questions.
