I started my career in psychology, studying how stress, relationships and other psychosocial factors influence wellbeing. I slowly started to shift and deepen my understanding of how the nervous system shapes human behavior. But, it wasn't until my own body broke down under high performance that I learned that regulation isn't a luxury - it's a requirement.
